Read it, share it, use the calculator, run the demo. Do not attempt to break it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for anyone else, or represent it as your own.

The calculator is an estimate, not billing advice, and not a promise of payment.

It uses published national average rates for the 2026 CPT codes and applies the exclusivity rules between them. What a facility is actually paid varies by locality, by payer, by documentation, and by each resident’s Medicare status — a resident in a covered Part A stay is subject to SNF consolidated billing, which the page explains. Confirm any figure against the current fee schedule and your own Medicare Administrative Contractor before relying on it.

Every resident, vital sign, alarm and response time in the walkthrough is fictional. It illustrates how the product behaves; it is not clinical data and nothing in it is medical advice.

Nothing on this site is clinical guidance. Decisions about a resident’s care belong to the clinicians responsible for them.
