Privacy

This page is about the website, not the product. It says what this site collects when you visit it, who else sees that, and how long we keep it.

Effective 2 September 2026 · C-Tech Inc.

This website carries no analytics, no tag manager and no advertising trackers, and sets no cookies of its own. The typefaces are served from our own domain, so visiting this site does not tell a font provider you were here.

What we collect when you get in touch

Nothing is collected until you choose to send it. Two forms on this site — the trial request and the contact form — collect what you type into them:

  • Your name and work email address, which are required.
  • Your phone number and your message, which are optional.
  • Which part of the page you submitted from, and the page path you were on, so we know what you were reading when you asked.
  • The time of submission.

We use that to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing sequence.

What the interactive demo collects

Nothing. The “Build a resident” walkthrough and the billing calculator run entirely in your browser. The residents, vitals, alarms and figures are fictional, generated on your own device, and never sent anywhere. You can complete the whole thing and leave without us knowing you were here.

Who else receives data

Three third parties are involved, and only in the circumstances described:

Calendly

The name, email address and time you enter to book a demo, handled on Calendly's own systems under their privacy policy.

When: Only if you open the booking dialog. Nothing is requested on a page view.

Tidio

Live chat. Anything you type into the chat window, plus the technical identifiers Tidio needs to keep a conversation together across page loads.

When: Loaded after the page becomes interactive, on every page.

Google (Apps Script and Sheets)

The enquiry itself, written to a private spreadsheet. Your browser never contacts Google for this — our server forwards it.

When: Only when you submit an enquiry form.

Calendly and Tidio each set their own cookies or local storage in your browser and handle what you give them under their own privacy policies. If you never open the booking dialog, Calendly is never contacted at all.

Server logs

Our server keeps ordinary request logs, and it deliberately logs the full contents of an enquiry if the write to our records fails — so that a message you took the trouble to send is never silently lost. It does not log the credentials used to make that write.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from the last contact. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Your choices

  • Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct it.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Ask us to stop contacting you, which we will do without deleting the record of having spoken.

Email vitaleyehealth@gmail.com and we will act on it. Depending on where you live, you may have these rights by law; we apply them to everyone regardless.

Protected health information

This website is not where patient data lives, and none of the forms here should be used to send it. If you need to discuss a specific resident, we will arrange a channel covered by a business associate agreement rather than a contact form or a chat window. Our HIPAA page covers how the product handles that.

Changes

If this changes we will update the effective date at the top. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be sent by email.
